Every Inaarat piece is individually inspected before dispatch from our Jaipur atelier. We stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of every order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the listing description, please contact us immediately and we will review the matter promptly.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are considered only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from the listing description.We do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or compensation requests for:✦ Change of mind✦ Personal preference✦ Styling expectations✦ Colour differences caused by photography, lighting, or screen settings✦ Fit concerns relating to adjustable jewellery✦ Orders where the buyer no longer wants the item✦ Minor handmade variationsAll requests are subject to review and verification.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.To review your claim, we require:✦ A continuous, unedited unboxing video✦ Clear photographs of the issue✦ Your Etsy order numberClaims submitted without an unboxing video may not qualify for replacement, exchange, or refund.Requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for assistance as we are unable to verify the condition of the item after extended possession.
Where a return is approved, buyers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.Etsy currently does not provide return labels for sellers located in India.Any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import charges, return shipping expenses, or return-related costs are the responsibility of the buyer and may be deducted from any eligible refund.Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.Returned items must be:✦ Unused✦ Unworn✦ Undamaged✦ In original condition✦ Complete with all original packaging and accessoriesApproved refunds are generally processed within 24 hours of inspection.

Therefore, they do not qualify for return, refund, exchange, or compensation.
Most Inaarat necklaces, chokers, bracelets, and many other jewellery pieces include adjustable dori closures, extender chains, or flexible sizing features.As body structure, neck width, wrist size, arm shape, and styling preferences vary from person to person, jewellery may appear different when worn by different individuals.A piece that appears sleek, fitted, or layered on a model may look different on another wearer.Please carefully review all listing photographs and videos before purchasing. Differences in fit, appearance, styling, or expectations are not considered defects and do not qualify for return, refund, or exchange.
Our jewellery is handcrafted using traditional techniques.Minor variations in:✦ Stone placement✦ Pearl shape✦ Kundan setting✦ Meenakari detailing✦ Finish and textureare natural characteristics of handmade craftsmanship and make every piece unique.Such variations are not manufacturing defects and are not grounds for return, exchange, refund, or replacement.
Made-to-Order, personalised, customised, and bespoke pieces created to a buyer's specifications are final sale.Cancellation requests are accepted only within 1 hour of placing an order. After this period, materials may have been allocated, packaging prepared, or production scheduled.Once production begins, personalised, customised, bespoke, and approved made-to-order items cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded except where the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the agreed specifications.For any damage-related claim, an unedited unboxing video is mandatory.
Many orders include complimentary gifts, jewellery pouches, transparent storage boxes, adjustable dori extensions, care cards, or promotional accessories at no additional charge.If a return is approved, all complimentary items must also be returned in their original condition.The value of any missing, damaged, used, altered, or unreturned complimentary items may be deducted from the refund amount.
10. Delivered Orders & Jewellery CareOrders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered successfully delivered.Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and secure delivery address. We are not responsible for theft, loss, package forwarding services, mailroom handling, or issues occurring after the carrier confirms delivery.Jewellery Care:✦ Wear after applying perfume, makeup, and lotion✦ Remove before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping✦ Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after use✦ Store separately in a dry place✦ Avoid exposure to water, chemicals, and excessive humidityProper care helps preserve the finish and longevity of your jewellery.
